Galaxsys' award-winning passage through SiGMA Americas 2024

(Sao Paulo, SoloAzar Exclusive) Vigen Safaryan, Chief Product Officer of Galaxsys tells us the main achievements of the company after passing through Sigma 2024. In addition, he lists which were the most notable Galaxsys products at the fair.

To start, Vigen Safaryan reviews the new products they launched at Sigma 2024 and explains that “Our team is immensely proud of the success of Galaxsys game portfolio in Latin America. The popularity of our games with players and operators is a testament to our collective efforts. Our six crash games - Crash, Rocketon, Crasher, Limbo Crash, Cash Show, Maestro, were popular amongst visitors to the show. The sales team has meticulously scheduled numerous pre-booked meetings at our stand with operators and aggregators keen to introduce our content. These meetings not only reflect the high demand for our games but also underscore the immense value we place on our partnerships.” 

We then asked him specifically about Ninja Crash which recently won an award for Most Played Product by Fans of 2024 at the SiGMA Show, he explains “We were thrilled to win such an accolade, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. Ninja Crash, one of our high performers in a portfolio of 30+ games, continues to impress our industry peers and judges”.

And added: "We are excited to announce a series of game upgrades that will significantly enhance the player experience and increase revenue opportunities for Ninja Crash. These include landscape mode for mobile, auto play mode, and an improved algorithm.  The Combo Bonus feature was added, and multiplier have been boosted to reach up to 500x for each slice. Additionally, a new Ninja character has been introduced, taking this fan-favourite game to new heights of engagement and immersion. 

Galaxsys remains steadfast in our commitment to delivering the best gaming experiences for our operator partners’ players. We will continue to enhance our portfolio with upgrades and introduce more games throughout this year, ensuring our players always have the best gaming experiences."

Regulations and the Latin American market

How is your company working to adapt to the changing regulations and trends in the Brazilian market? What challenges do you face in complying with the regulations?

“Our team includes compliance and product specialists, and we continue to review market requirements and regulatory frameworks. It is essential to follow regulatory change and the requirements of those frameworks to ensure optimal certifications and gambling responsibilities. We were also delighted to have our games certified recently in Peru and Colombia and have strong market demand in Brazil and Mexico”.

What product opportunities do you see for your company in the Latin American market?

“We aim to continue improving, upgrading, and innovating across our game portfolio to deliver the best gaming experiences. By doing so, we can drive player engagement and revenue opportunities for our partner operators, which is at the core of our business strategy”.

“From an engagement and player experience standpoint, Galaxsys games are focused on providing the players with a straightforward gaming experience that delivers high-quality visuals, themes, and elements that the player can relate to and play with little effort”. 

Finally we wanted to know, What expansion strategies do you plan to implement?

“We will work with our partner operators and aggregators to deliver more profound game experiences and localisations as the region expands. We are very excited to share that we have commenced the development of our own slot games, which we are incredibly excited to introduce into the marketplace over the next two quarters of this year”
