Improving Customer Support with a New Technical Division

Alfastreet has also made significant progress in the area of customer support. The company is proud to introduce a new Technical Consultancy Support unit, staffed by experienced professionals with deep knowledge of the field and casino industry. This division will provide 24/7 assistance to ensure the smooth operation of their machines and advise customers on how to optimize the use of the products.

Alfastreet has always believed in the importance of fast and high-quality customer support. That is why they have expanded their Technical Consultancy Support team, making it second to none in the Electronic Table Games (ETG) sector. The company also works closely with its distributor technicians to ensure they are well-trained to handle installations and post-service tasks effectively.

Boosting Production and Sales Teams

Alfastreet’s increasing sales have led to scaling up production and hiring. The sales team is growing too with the addition of Mr. Kalin Erik as Sales Executive Manager. Eager to build and strengthen client relationships.

Expanding Globally: Seeking New Distributors

Alfastreet is actively searching for new distributors in different countries to develop its network of 13 partners. The company understands the importance of having distributors who know the local culture and language and can respond effectively and fast to their customers’ needs. Alfastreet’s goal is to add several more distributors by the end of the year.
