(Madrid).- Cirsa, the gaming company owned by Blackstone, has acquired a controlling stake in the Peruvian company Apuesta Total, the main sports betting and online gaming operator in that country. Specifically, Cirsa has acquired 70% of the acquired company, although it does not detail the amount of the transaction.

Cirsa already had a presence in Peru. There it has 19 casinos and 74 betting shops.
