(Las Vegas ).- The award-winning FUZION® system from JCM Global® (JCM) has achieved another milestone. Now FUZION 2.1 has earned GLI certification, enabling mobile transactions at electronic gaming machines through Bluetooth technology.

FUZION 2.1 System by JCM Global Earns GLI Certification

JCM’s FUZION 2.1 system is equipped with the iTITO™ module, which uses Bluetooth technology and an internal device called Mobile I/O® to securely identify their EGM location and enable mobile transactions at an EGM. GLI tested JCM’s FUZION system and Pavilion Payments’ VIP Mobility app together to verify compliance with all standards required by California, Oklahoma, and Michigan (state and tribal).

“Working alongside JCM has been pivotal to our cashless gaming program, and now with GLI certification, patrons can experience a new level of efficiency when funding their play,” said Christopher Justice, CEO of Pavilion Payments. “This enhancement of the payment journey underscores Pavilion Payments' commitment to innovation.  The functionality of the VIP Mobility app and the efficiency of JCM’s FUZION 2.1 technology will truly bring a new feel to the casino floor.”

The GLI certification means casino operators in California, Oklahoma, and Michigan with JCM iVIZION® bill validators can add FUZION to enable mobile payment functions with Pavilion Payments’ VIP Mobility app.

“Casinos want to be able to offer their guests a choice of paying for their play with cash, TITO, or mobile payment technologies. JCM’s iVIZION bill validator and FUZION technology empower that choice,” said SVP of Sales, Marketing & Operations Dave Kubajak. “The technology between JCM and Pavilion Payments will help casinos avoid costly CMS upgrades, complex system integrations, and patent fees required with other cashless solutions. It’s an exciting step forward for our shared customers.”

JCM’s FUZION technology offers dozens of advanced benefits for casinos, including real-time peripheral performance data; proactive alerts for drops, e-drops, and fills; real-time asset monitoring and tracking; and dispute resolution with high resolution banknote/TITO images.
