(Las Vegas).- What was the “Most Innovative New Technology” on display at G2E this year? According to slot directors in the EILERS-FANTINI G2E Vendor Survey – 2023, it was ICB ASAP® by JCM Global® (JCM). It was the second consecutive year ICB ASAP took home top honors in the category. JCM’s DSS CLEAR™ earned 3rd place, giving JCM the most votes of any supplier.

According to the report’s authors, EILERS-FANTINI conducted a survey across its network of casino operators which included responses from 69 slot directors across the U.S. and Canada markets and a hand full of international jurisdictions.
