Through this partnership, SYNKROS casino properties can benefit from the seamless integration of Gift & Go’s solution into Konami’s systems, enabling streamlined reward redemption directly at the True-Time Display™ screen and hassle-free gift fulfilment via Amazon. This integration empowers casinos with SYNKROS to attract and retain players more effectively, driving increased time on device and reducing player walk rates.

The expansion of our partnership with Konami into a long-term agreement is a powerful endorsement of the value Gift & Go delivers to operators and players alike,” said Jon Reuben, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Gift & Go. “This exclusivity reflects the trust Konami places in our technology and strengthens our ability to deliver a modern gifting experience to players across the most mature gaming markets in the U.S.”

“Konami’s continued collaboration with Gift & Go aligns with our commitment to delivering best-of-breed technology to our customers,” said Tom Soukup, Chief Systems Product Officer at Konami Gaming, Inc. “This long-term agreement reflects the market adoption of the unique integration of Gift & Go’s gifting solution to enhance the player experience at the SYNKROS properties we’re privileged to serve.”

The collaboration has already gained strong momentum, with deployments across leading operators in multiple states, including New York and Pennsylvania. Further adoption in California underscores Gift & Go’s value proposition and supports its continued expansion into regulated markets, with Illinois expected to be a key area of growth.

“Gift & Go has been an outstanding partner for Rivers Casino,” said Jennifer Jones, Corporate Director of Casino Marketing for Rush Street Gaming. “The integration has made gifting easier for our team and more seamless for our players. We have seen strong adoption across our properties. Gift & Go has helped us modernize the reward experience in a way that supports both player satisfaction and operational efficiency.”

Looking ahead, the partnership is expected to strengthen further as Gift & Go rolls out enhanced features and deeper system capabilities that increase stickiness, boost player appeal and accelerate adoption.
