(Murcia).- On November 26, Orenes Grupo's Spain Casino Division welcomed JCM Global's engineering team for a specialized technical training session, held at Orenes Group's headquarters in Murcia.

The session focused on the advanced features and operational benefits of JCM Global's iVIZION bill acceptor and GEN5 printer-two essential components in Orenes Group's casino operations across Spain.

Orenes Grupo, a prominent player in Spain and LATAM, operates more than 10,000 gaming machines, including slots and roulettes, in over 380 arcades in Spain. The company also has a thriving distribution division, representing various leading brands in Spain's arcade market, as well as an expanding iGaming division. This training reflects Orenes Grupo's commitment to maintaining high operational standards and enhancing the gaming experience at its venues.

During the training day, Orenes casino staff were provided with in-depth technical insights on JCM Global's products, focusing on maintenance techniques and troubleshooting procedures for the iVIZION bill acceptor and GEN5 printer. These devices are known for their speed, accuracy, and cutting-edge technology, making them highly valued by casino operators around the world.

Mr. Matías Nicolás Martínez, representing Orenes Grupo's Casino Division, expressed his gratitude to the JCM Global Technical Team.
