(Madrid).- To delve deeper into the process of incorporating the German brand BALLY WULFF into the NOVOMATIC Spain ecosystem, the Marketing team spoke with Óscar Pitarch, Product & Sales Manager, who shares his vision of the progress, challenges, and opportunities that this strategic integration has brought.

Óscar Pitarch Details The Key Developments In The Integration of Bally Wulff Into Novomatic Spain

Throughout this interview, Óscar Pitarch outlines the main challenges and opportunities that have come with immersing himself in this project.

Q: You've been with NOVOMATIC Spain for a few months now as Product & Sales Manager for BALLY WULLF. How has the experience been so far?

A: When the decision was made for NOVOMATIC Spain to take over the distribution of BALLY WULLF products in the Spanish market, I wasn't entirely sure what my next project would be. However, during the transition process, NOVOMATIC shared with me its ideas and future plans for the brand in Spain and offered me the opportunity to continue managing its marketing within the company structure as Product & Sales Manager.

I was completely convinced by the project, and I accepted the proposal, as I believe it has created a win-win situation for both parties. On the one hand, NOVOMATIC benefits from the knowledge and experience I have accumulated during the development of the BALLY WULLF product in Spain. On the other hand, I can count on its extensive resources, which allows me to perform my duties more effectively.

NOVOMATIC's structure in Spain is very solid, with a top-level sales, technical, and administrative team. It's true that, as with any beginning, integrating the entire BALLY WULLF product line into the company's processes and systems was a challenge. However, after these first months of effort and hard work, to date, we are only finalizing small details.

Currently, all procedures—from ordering to delivery of a BALLY WULLF machine—are managed in the same way as with a NOVOMATIC brand machine. This provides us with many synergies and allows us to provide more agile and efficient responses to our customers.

Q: What new initiatives does BALLY WULLF have for the future?

For the hospitality market, we continue to successfully market the Link Master Bar model, available in the TWIN TOP PREMIUM cabinet. BALLY WULLF's recent launches have already provided us with very good results, but the Link Master Bar has positioned itself as one of the best, and the numbers are proving us right. So much so that we want to fully promote this model, offering various promotions to facilitate our customers' access to this product.

Regarding the lounge segment, we are beginning testing the new model, Burning Link, which incorporates many new features and will mark the beginning of important changes in our offering for this market. With these two products, we provide very attractive alternatives for operators, and I am convinced they will be very well received.

Q: We know that BALLY WULLF is now also closely linked to the APEX brand, as both belong to the same owner. Are there any plans to take advantage of this fact in any way?

A: Absolutely. Work is underway to enable the installation of both APEX and BALLY WULLF content on the same platform. By sharing technology, future models from both brands can be installed on the same basic hardware. Without giving too many details away, I can say that we will soon present the first results of this major convergence. We believe this will also provide peace of mind for operators, as purchasing one of our products will provide them with more options when it comes to gaming content.

Q: We're very close to the Luis Escribano Gaming ExpoCongress in Torremolinos. Will we be able to see any new BALLY WULLF products there?

A: Yes. For those who aren't familiar with it yet, the Link Master Bar will be on display at the NOVOMATIC stand, and, of course, the new Burning Link for the lounge will be on display. I will also be there to welcome our customers and present our product range in detail. Both the BALLY WULLF team in Germany and the NOVOMATIC team here in Spain are working very hard with the goal of becoming a reliable and long-term partner for Spanish operators.

Thanks to the support of the NOVOMATIC structure and its solid administrative and technical services, I am convinced that we will achieve this. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their trust in our product and their desire to continue working with us.
