Win Systems completes landmark financing, raises $125M of committed capital

(New York).- Win Systems, a leading technology supplier for the gaming, lottery and entertainment industry, has successfully completed a $125 million credit facility with Fortress Credit Corp. (Fortress) and Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group, L.P. (Goldman Sachs). The transaction closed on Oct. 10, 2019.
