(Lima).-After a successful participation in the Peru Gaming Show, ProntoPaga made an announcement that revolutionizes digital payments in Peru: the integration of Yape On File, a product created by Yape that is launching in Peru with the mission of facilitating transactions, making them faster, more agile, and more secure.

This is one of the products launched following the strategic alliance between ProntoPaga and Yape, which enables e-commerce and gambling transactions with one-click payment options and automated subscriptions.

Yape is the most widely used payment and digital services app in Peru with more than 14 million users, making ProntoPaga one of the pioneers in implementing this product, which will allow Yape users to save their account as a payment method in their favorite stores and businesses.

What does this new product entail?
Yape On File includes two user experiences: One Click Payments and the Subscription or Recurring service, which users can authorize directly from the Yape app as payment methods available in Peru.

One Click Payments consists of a payment button for making purchases with a single click. Users must register their information only once to activate it, without having to re-enter it. This is ideal for regular purchases and more streamlined payment processes.
Yape's Recurring service is a one-time registration that automates recurring payments, making it the perfect and optimal solution for recurring payments.

What does this mean?
One example is the use of transportation apps, which has transformed the way we pay, eliminating the need to carry cash or enter bank details for each trip. With Yape's One Click Payments feature, you simply enter your cell phone number once, and then each trip you make will be paid with a single click. To activate this experience, you must select the Yape option at the merchant, then access your app, authorize the subscription, and from there, simply press the "Pay with Yape" button to complete future transactions.

Watching a movie from home or paying a monthly fee on an educational platform is also possible thanks to Yape's subscription system: The user authorizes the first charge, and then payments are made automatically, without any further intervention. All you need to do is link the account for the first deposit, and the system will handle the transactions.
