Zitro and Opalsa launch their first WAP in Colombia: ‘RED MILLONARIA’

(Madrid).-Zitro celebrates the launch of its first Wide Area Progressive (WAP) in Colombia in partnership with renowned operator Opalsa. This successful launch reinforces Zitro’s commitment to the Colombian market while solidifying its position as a go-to provider for operators looking to stand out from the competition.
The project kicks off with 24 machines across six locations in Santander de Quilichao, Pasto, Palmira, Buenaventura, and Popayán, all connected to a progressively growing Grand Mega jackpot. The rollout features the CONCEPT cabinet, which has delivered proven results across multiple markets, paired with the popular King Fu Frog game. Notably, unlike other manufacturers that require operators to invest in their own WAP system, Zitro’s games integrate seamlessly with the operator’s existing system, offering greater operational flexibility and maximizing return on investment.
Alejandra Burato, Zitro’s Regional Director for Latin America, says: “We’ve been preparing for this launch for months, and the results are exceeding our expectations. ‘Red Millonaria’ marks a major milestone for Zitro in Colombia.
