(Mendoza).- The province has completed the bidding process established by Law No. 9,267, strengthening a transparent, safe, and responsible online gaming model.

The Mendoza Provincial Institute of Gaming and Casinos announced the successful completion of the bidding process for the award of the seven online gaming licenses provided for by Provincial Law No. 9,267. This achievement represents a key milestone in the consolidation of a regulated online gaming model in the province, marking a new stage in its development.

The Online Gaming Department emphasized that this progress was possible thanks to the commitment, professional excellence, and sustained efforts of the technical and administrative team that actively participated in the process. The award was carried out with complete transparency, objectivity, and accountability, ensuring a solid and reliable regulatory framework.

With this initiative, Mendoza reaffirms its position as a national benchmark in gaming regulation, with a robust oversight and monitoring system, as well as an active policy for preventing pathological gambling, implemented through its Responsible Gaming Program.

“From the Online Gaming Department of the Provincial Institute of Gaming and Casinos, we celebrate this achievement, which was made possible thanks to the commitment, professional excellence, and tireless work of the entire technical and administrative team involved,” said Luis de La Fuente, Assistant Manager of Online Gaming at the Provincial Institute of Gaming and Casinos.

The province continues to strengthen a regulatory ecosystem that prioritizes player safety, system integrity, and regulatory compliance, consolidating an exemplary model for online gaming regulation in Argentina.
