The companies Degestec Games and MGA Games have drawn up a collaboration agreement through which the complete catalogue of productions developed by MGA Games will be integrated into Degestec’s new online casino portal, on the Mediatech platform by R Franco.

Degestec Games is a software company dedicated to research, development and innovation (R&D+i), with over 25 years’ experience and offices in Mexico and Spain, where its headquarters are located. In late 2018, the company applied for a licence with the Directorate General for Gaming Regulation (DGOJ), the authority responsible for regulating gaming in Spain, to operate under Spanish jurisdiction with casino games, roulette, blackjack and slot machines.

Once Degestec Games obtains DGOJ authorisation, it will become a new operator and will access the market with the MGA Games productions fully integrated and a wide variety of online slots titles devised and designed specifically for the Spanish public.

According to Manuel Rubio, head of the Degestec Games Legal area, “We are very excited by the agreement reached with MGA Games to collaborate initially as a gaming provider under the general license requested to implement our online casino, and we have great expectations to be able to extend that collaboration in other areas of the gaming sector, through the continuous expansion process at Degestec Games in its different lines of business, both domestically and internationally.”
