Telematic Interactive Bulgaria to expand in Italy, Latin America

(Sofia).- Online betting and gambling company Telematic Interactive Bulgaria said that newly-agreed deals with companies including UK-based Playtech and Italy's Betflag will enable it to enter new markets and expand in existing ones.
The Bulgarian company's subsidiary, gaming software supplier CT Interactive, will increase its market share in Latin America, in particular in Peru, Mexico and Columbia, on the back of a deal with online gaming and sports betting software provider Playtech struck in mid-April, Telematic Interactive said in a statement.
In addition, a newly-signed contract with online operator Betflag will put Telematic Interactive Bulgaria on a solid footing in Italy, which is a priority market for the company in the current year.
CT Interactive will also work with Gibraltar-based internet gaming aggregator and content provider Pariplay to deepen its presence in existing markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Telematic Interactive Bulgaria added that finalising а transaction with Admiral Serbia will be a key step to strengthening its presence in the neighbouring country whilst opening a gateway to markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria, which has a market capitalisation of 198.7 million levs, traded flat at 46 levs as at 1358 CET on Tuesday. The owner of the Palms Bet online casino brand became a publicly traded company in February after raising over 16 million levs ($8.7 million/8.2 million euro) in an initial public offering.
