Aristocrat Leisure : Retirement of Chris Hill and Appointment of Anne Tucker as Chief Legal Officer

(Las Vegas).- Aristocrat Leisure Limited announced the retirement of Ms Chris Hill as Chief LegalOfficer and the appointment of Ms Anne Tucker to the role.
Ms Tucker's appointment is effective immediately. She will report directly to Aristocrat CEO & Managing Director, Trevor Croker and will also continue in her capacity as ALL's Company Secretary. Ms Tucker will begin the process to relocate [from Sydney] to the company's offices in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“Chris has been a valued member of Aristocrat’s executive team since joining us in 2020,” Croker said in a statement. “Chris has transformed the legal function, deepening our capabilities and effectively supporting our business through a period of strong growth and change. We wish her all the very best in her retirement and thank her for the excellent contribution to Aristocrat.
Tucker has more than 20 years of legal and governance experience, including most recently as Aristocrat’s deputy chief legal officer. Prior to joining the company, Tucker held senior global legal and company secretary roles at Corporate Travel Management, Tatt’s Group, and Unitab Limited.
“I am delighted to elevate a leader of Anne’s caliber to our leadership team,” Croker said. “Anne’s appointment is a testament to Aristocrat’s focus on leadership development and of our talent. Since joining Aristocrat in October 2021, Anne has led a number of complex strategic projects and major M&A and established herself as a trusted partner and cultural leader.
