FCPGC operates one of the largest casinos in the region, the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee, WI. The standards were developed after a thorough review of existing standards (Nevada, New Jersey, GLI-11 v3.0) and consultation with representatives from companies involved in developing the next generation slot machines.

Ken George Jr, Chairman of the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission and the driving force behind these standards commented, "The evolution of the casino floor is happening. iGaming and skill-based games are going to be part of that. Now is the time for us, as Tribal Gaming Regulatory Authorities, to stand up and provide the guidance for the industry to continue to mature in a way that secures the interests of our people and our tribal enterprises. The FCPGC welcomes any other TGRA´s who would like to work with us to adopt these standards and to continue their development. We thank BMM for the help and support during this advancement in our industry."

Travis Foley, BMM´s EVP Operations - Americas commented, "BMM´s detailed understanding of the various technical standards across the U.S. regulated gambling markets, and our world-class quality product testing and customer support services are what led the FCPGC to select BMM as a partner to advise and work with them on the development of the new standards. I am also pleased to note that at the recent BMM ´Regulatory Road Trip Symposium´ in Morongo, CA, when the standards were presented, they received high praise from tribal gaming regulatory authorities and from skill-game manufacturers."

Foley added, "These standards represent the first Tribal authored standard to be published on skill-games. BMM is honored to have been able to be part of this and both parties invite any other Tribe interested in the continued development of these standards to work with us."
