(Spain).- Antonio Llorens de la Cruz, Deputy Minister of Administration and Transparency of the Canary Islands Government, visited Zitro’s Technology Campus in Barcelona to tour its facilities. The campus is where software is developed for video slot games, video bingo, and electronic bingo, in addition to hardware design and game projects for Zitro Digital, Zitro’s online gaming division.
Accompanied by Albert Zorrilla, Zitro’s General Director; Marta Cuesta, Zitro’s Vice President of Product and Development; and Cristina García, Zitro’s Director of Institutional Relations, he toured the various departments located on the Technology Campus, gaining firsthand knowledge of the company’s innovation and development process.
Zitro’s campus houses more than 600 employees in 12,000 m² dedicated to R&D, creation, development, and manufacturing of its products. It also features state-of-the-art video and sound recording studios and a plant dedicated to the assembly and quality control of the machines. All of this is integrated into a sustainable building, reflecting Zitro’s commitment to the environment and its focus on renewable energy, with 528 m² of solar panels and a charging station for electric vehicles.
Albert Zorrilla expressed, “We are very grateful for Antonio Llorens de la Cruz’s visit to our Technology Campus. This opportunity allows us to showcase how, day after day, our team transforms innovative ideas into great products thanks to the most advanced technology on the market.”
