(Sofia).- CT Interactive presents to you Ekaterina Mihaylova as а QA, who is responsible for monitoring, expecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve CT Interactive’s final products to meet established quality standards.
Ekaterina has a Master’s degree in Finance. She has 16 years of experience in the banking industry before joining CT Interactive’s team. Ekaterina strives for perfection and loves details which made her the perfect candidate for the position.
When we asked Ekaterina to tell us more about her decision to join CT Interactive, she said: “In my experience with customers the most important thing is to provide them with high-quality products and services. Being a QA I eliminate the defects and incorporate continuous changes and improvements in the system, which leads to loyal and satisfied clients who bring new clients along with them. The iGaming industry is very vibrant and exciting. I am happy I started working at CT Interactive and I am a part of such a solid and experienced team.”
