(Sofia).- Milena Tsankarska, Head of Business Development EMEA, is an essential part of the CT Interactive team. The company asked Milena to evaluate CT Interactive progress in 2022, to tell more about the role of the Business Development Manager in the company, and to hint about her team plans for the rest of the year.
Can you evaluate CT Interactive’s business development in the first half of 2022? What objectives and goals have you reached during this period?
CT Interactive participated in all key exhibitions around the globe and has met with great success with business partners and new clients. We have considerably enhanced our game portfolio and for the past year, we have released more than 15 new slots. Our team is steadily expanding. Hiring the absolute best people is a surefire way to ensure fast growth and excellent customer experience. Moreover, we have entered new markets and my team is eager to continue expanding the presence of our company in Europe.
Can you tell us more about the role of the Business Development Manager? What are the responsibilities of your team daily?
My team’s job is to lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets and emerging trends, and recommend new products and services. Also, we propose and develop new strategic partnerships, write proposals and plans, and guide long-term objectives to meet the business needs and requirements of our clientele. A Business Development Manager is one of the first points of contact someone has with the company, so it’s essential to possess good communication skills and to be persistent.
What are CT Interactive’s plans for the rest of the year?
We have planned to attend all the important events in Europe. My team’s schedule is very busy till the end of 2022. EAE 2022 in Bucharest is approaching at the beginning of September, where CT Interactive will be welcoming everyone at booth 108. Our company will present its latest amusing slots, new products, promotional tools, and interesting news about our future business ventures. I look forward to meeting all delegates and showing them the benefits of being our client.
