Tell us more about your position as Customer Relations Manager at CT Interactive and what are your responsibilities.
I am responsible for engaging our key customers by building and maintaining a trustful relationship. I constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive links with our new business partners. Also, a CRM should be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Moreover, it’s my responsibility to communicate all the promotions and news about new products and services our company offers to our partners.
2022 was a very successful year for CT Interactive, what are the main keys to building good client relations?
Yes, this year was incredibly successful for our team. I can speak for myself and say what are the keys and tips I use in my daily activities and routines with clients – I am consistent, I am responsive, and make customer communications timely and relevant. When your job is to talk to clients daily you must understand their expectations, seek their feedback and be trustworthy and honest.
What does the future hold for CT Interactive in 2023? What should your clients expect in terms of new products?
Our company will concentrate on presenting new innovative products, exceeding customer expectations, and stepping into new territories.
