(Barcelona).-The pre agreement contemplates modifying the Catalan Law on Tourist Recreational Centers
The pre-investiture agreement of ERC and PSC contemplates the promotion of business initiatives in Tarragona and, without explicitly mentioning the Hard Rock project, plans to modify the Catalan Law of Tourist Recreation Centers (CRT) to raise the gambling tax linked to casinos .
The document signed by both parties to invest the leader of the PSC, Salvador Illa, as president of the Generalitat, consulted by Europa Press, contemplates the exit from the common regime and the management of all taxes collected in Catalonia, as well as a package of measures economic.
It specifically refers to Camp de Tarragona, which "needs sustainable business projects that provide quality jobs", as well as the decarbonization of the industry in this territory.
For this reason, they agree to "approve the modification of the CRT Law to raise the tax rate on gambling linked to casinos and return to the tax regime prior to" this law. It also defends "giving support to the decarbonization projects of the Camp de Tarragona industry."
