Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®) Expands EMEA Capabilities and Customer Service by Adding Key Staff and Resources

GLI is making a significant investment in its 350-strong EMEA operations by adding key staff and resources across all departments. These organizational improvements will help to effectively manage this continued growth, as well as enhance the company’s delivery of exceptional customer service, support, and world-class capabilities throughout the region.

“I am very pleased and proud of the staff and with the direction we are taking, in EMEA and globally,” said Martin Britton, Managing Director of GLI EMEA. “We are adding key staff across all departments, and we have many more appointments in process. It’s key we continue our direction in focusing on the customer. Our motivation is scale and delivery which is what clients are looking for. We hold ourselves to the highest quality levels as part of our delivery and execution. In addition, we are adding more space in multiple locations to create the scale needed for current and future growth.”

GLI’s sales teams across EMEA are now led by James Illingworth, Vice President of Sales, EMEA and Chris Davies, Vice President of Sales, EMEA, ensuring the EMEA sales teams provide the highest level of service to the company’s clients. The sales appointments add skills related to compliance and a varied range of language skills, which is always received positively by clients. EMEA staff can communicate with clients in more than 34 different languages.

Other key appointments to GLI’s growing EMEA sales and management team include Account Manager Jakub Stefka and Business Development Manager Giusy Campo.

Additionally, GLI has expanded its already large internal team of cybersecurity experts by adding front-line staff and more internal resources. This deep and experienced team of cybersecurity experts has been growing both in the UK and Europe.

GLI now has a global cybersecurity team of professionals along with external partners focused on providing the highest level of guidance and execution of services to ensure a safe and protected client environment. Marco Capozzi, Director of Cybersecurity Services, now heads up this expanded EMEA cybersecurity team. He is joined by Jayde Phoenix, GLI EMEA Cybersecurity Business Development Manager.

With its acquisition of NMi, now known as GLI UK, GLI has built upon best-of-breed processes between the two companies. Dr. Rich Edwards now heads up our technical teams across EMEA providing a wealth of knowledge and understanding. Andrew Rosewarne continues to manage the GLI UK operation but has a wider EMEA management role. Having two key directors onboard allows for an even greater focus on providing the superior customer service that clients have come to expect.

“Our strategic plans have come about by customers seeing GLI’s capabilities and what we can provide in assisting them, from the early stages of compliance through to completion. We provide great expertise helping customers along the path, ensuring rapid delivery along with great quality,” Britton said.
