Lauren Bates is Vice President of Sales, Western Region, at Konami Gaming, Inc. and is responsible for developing and managing her team of sales professionals, driving revenue, increasing the overall market and ship share, and developing and executing the annual business strategy.

Siobhan Lane is the interim lead of the Gaming business unit of Light & Wonder (NASDAQ: LNW) (“Light & Wonder”) while also serving as Gaming Chief Commercial Officer at the company, where she leads the North American business and oversees commercial strategy, product management, marketing, and data and analytics.

“We are at an exciting time for our industry and GGW. Our founding board members created this organization to encourage and support the professional advancement of women in gaming. Because of them, GGW has the legitimacy and recognition we do today. As our industry expands, it is a privilege to be able to build upon that vision alongside inspiring leaders such as Lauren and Siobhan. I am excited to help drive GGW’s ongoing growth and development alongside the organization’s board of directors and planning committees.”

“It’s truly an honor to be called upon by GGW to serve on the Board of Directors and help further expand—and positively impact--the gaming industry in this capacity,” said Siobhan Lane, 2nd Vice President. “As a woman in the industry—this role with GGW is deeply personal to me.  It is integral that we continue to create opportunities and spaces that uplift, celebrate and support the countless women in gaming who are inspiring and affecting change.”
