(London).- Blueprint Operation’s commitment to recruit and develop ambitious young talent was recognised by the broader low stake gaming industry when Business Development Executive Alex Jones received the inaugural ‘Jimmy Thomas Rising Star’ award at a presentation held at the Houses of Parliament.
The Award is a tribute to the progress made by the 27-year-old who prior to joining Blueprint spent eight years as a professional footballer.
Nicola Wallbank, Director Sales and Account Management said: “There are no glass ceilings at Blueprint – quite simply if you demonstrate a combination of talent, dedication, professionalism, a willingness to learn and a passion for the industry you will progress.”
She added: “Alex is constantly learning from the talented team around him and the Award is well-deserved. Blueprint is committed to investing in the personal, professional development of its people and provide them with a rewarding and fulfilling career path.”
Reflecting on his award Alex Jones said: “It was a real honour to win the first Jimmy Thomas Rising Star award and it’s something that I am immensely proud of.“
It’s testament to my colleagues and to Blueprint that I was able to win this award at an early stage in my industry career. I would like to put on record my sincere thanks to Nicola, to Iain Graham and to the entire Blueprint Operations team for their support.“
My aim is to progress as far as I possibly can, and Blueprint provides a clear pathway for me to develop my career.”
