(Barcelona).- At its annual summer dinner, Europer publicly thanked Unidesa, Recreativos Franco, Novomatic and Merkur for the support they provide to its activities, as well as the coordination of said collaboration carried out by Orenes.
The Independent Association of Amusement Machine Operating Companies of Catalonia, Europer, held its annual summer dinner yesterday in a spectacular setting such as the Fabra Observatory on the Tibidabo mountain with the city of Barcelona at its feet.
The dinner was attended by a wide representation of both companies associated with Europer and managers of the main companies in the private gaming sector at the national level, as well as other associations and also representatives of entities linked to Sustainable Gaming such as ACENCAS with its president Francesc Perendreu in front.
The president of Europer, Albert Sola, in his closing speech at the dinner, emphasized the surprise that has caused in the gaming sector that the acting government of the Generalitat has opened a consultation process with the aim of opening a process of regulatory reform: "Despite our incomprehension, we wanted to show, as always, the sector's willingness to collaborate and answer the questions that the administration has asked us."
Sola wanted to make it clear to the large audience that "we believe that this process will not last given that we still do not know what government Catalonia will have."
The president of Europer did want to make it clear that "we do not want the administration to make distinctions between good gambling - the lottery - and bad gambling - the private sector." Taking advantage of the opportunity that the event was held at the Fabra Observatory, Europer offered a talk about the space to the attendees.
