Regal Receive Team Award from UK’s Largest Pub Company

(United Kingdom).- Regal Gaming Technologies, which supplies gaming equipment to 4,700 managed and tenanted pubs throughout the country, has been recognised by the Stonegate Group for going ‘above and beyond’ during the pandemic and lock-down re-openings.
Explaining the background to the Stonegate ‘One Team’ Award Commercial Director Suzanne Baker explained how Regal brought field-based teams back from furlough long before any other supplier. She said: “Regal deployed engineers to visit all of our sites pre-opening to make sure the machines, were able to get back up and running.
“They worked closely with our Publican Partners making sure that every machine had a cash float in place and could be back working from day one. From a broader commercial perspective, they worked with us on agreeing interim commercial terms to ensure that we mitigated risk in the business as cash box levels were still initially in decline.”
She added: “Throughout this incredibly challenging and unprecedented period the team worked collaboratively with us and identified solutions that worked for both businesses.”
Regal’s joint managing director, Matt Bicknell, stated: “We are delighted to receive this award from the UK’s largest pub company.
