(Las Vegas).- Strategic acquisition enhances Aristocrat’s platform operations with advanced AI-powered player analytics, slot optimization, and personalized marketing automation for land-based casinos.
Aristocrat Leisure Limited (Aristocrat) has announced the acquisition of Gaming Analytics, Inc., a leading US-based provider of AI-powered casino analytics solutions, for an undisclosed amount.
Gaming Analytics specializes in real-time player analytics, slot performance optimization, and marketing automation tools that integrate seamlessly with traditional casino management systems. Its scalable technology platform features an intuitive customer interface designed to help casino operators improve player engagement and maximize operational performance.
The acquisition strengthens Aristocrat’s platform capabilities by enhancing real-time data collection, advanced analytics, and personalized player engagement across land-based casino operations. By incorporating Gaming Analytics’ artificial intelligence-driven solutions, Aristocrat aims to deliver deeper insights and more effective marketing strategies to casino operators worldwide.
As part of the transaction, Gaming Analytics CEO Kiran Brahmandam and the company’s team of more than 30 professionals across the United States, Spain, India, and Canada have joined Aristocrat. Mr. Brahmandam has been appointed Managing Director, Gaming Analytics, within Aristocrat. Gaming Analytics will continue to support and service its existing customers while expanding its capabilities under Aristocrat’s leadership.
