(Malta).- The partnership will enable more than 20 licensed Italian gaming brands operating on Exalogic’s technology to deploy AI-powered CRM workflows while meeting the country’s regulatory and operational requirements.
Expanding Agentic CRM in Italy
Exalogic, a leading platform provider in Italy’s gaming market, has strengthened its collaboration with Fast Track to introduce agentic CRM workflows across its network of licensed brands.
The technical integration and compliance alignment have been completed, with several Italian operators already live on the solution.
More than 20 licensed brands in Italy currently operate on Exalogic’s technology. Through the partnership, these operators now have a scalable path to implementing agentic workflows while maintaining compliance with the specific requirements of the Italian regulated market.
AI-Powered Workflows for Operators
The integration allows AI agents to work alongside operator teams, helping ensure that policies are applied consistently, decisions are documented and potential anomalies are identified earlier.
Through Fast Track AI, teams can interact conversationally with the platform and delegate end-to-end CRM tasks to AI agents.
The approach is designed to support sustainable operator growth while increasing transparency and strengthening protections for regulators and players.
Compliance at the Core
Exalogic Managing Partner Samuele Mantellini highlighted the importance of combining automation with the specific requirements of Italy’s regulated gaming environment.
“Italy is one of the most sophisticated regulated markets in iGaming. Working with Fast Track lets our teams run agentic workflows without compromising on compliance or the specifics of the local market. This is how we scale sustainably in the years ahead.”
Fast Track supports operators and platform providers across Italy through local-language expertise and an understanding of the market’s regulatory and operational framework.
Fast Track Highlights Successful Rollout
Fast Track Co-Founder and CEO Simon Lidzén welcomed the collaboration and highlighted the progress made with operators already using the solution.
“We are pleased to be working in close collaboration with Exalogic to bring agentic workflows to the Italian market. Their team has been great to work with, and the rollout has been very successful with the operators already live.”
The partnership marks a further step toward the adoption of AI-powered CRM automation in Italy’s regulated iGaming sector, combining agentic technology with local compliance and operational expertise.
