Gamanza Engage has announced a strategic partnership with Apuestas Royal, a Venezuela-based sports betting and online casino operator with a strong footprint across Latin America, to integrate its suite of CRM, gamification and engagement tools across five of its brands.

Through this agreement, Apuestas Royal will implement real-time CRM solutions, loyalty programs and gamification features, along with free-to-play mini-games designed to increase player interaction and retention.

The rollout will cover the brands Apuestas Royal, Gogo Royal, Juega y Cobra, Jugando a Ganar and Aprieta y Gana, enabling a unified approach to loyalty and engagement strategies across the entire portfolio.

Operators will also benefit from real-time dashboards and data-driven tools to better understand player behaviour and optimize engagement strategies across all brands. Both CRM and gamification modules can be deployed as standalone solutions or as a comprehensive all-in-one platform.
