January 8: One player won CA$1,657,823 in Whitney Houston Powerbucks™ at Lake City Casino Vernon in British Columbia, Canada.
January 15: A jackpot of CA$1,056,637 was awarded at Gong Xi Fa Cai™ Grand at ACE Casino Red Deer, in Alberta, Canada.
January 18: An online player won $1,247,834 playing MegaJackpots™ Cash Eruption™ at Caesars Palace Online Casino in New Jersey.
