(Las Vegas).- Churchill Downs’ new Calvert City venue launches with 231 historical racing machines powered by JCM Global’s leading solutions to enhance security, performance, and operational efficiency.
The new Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming venue, owned by Churchill Downs Incorporated, has officially opened in Calvert City, Kentucky, featuring cutting-edge technology provided by JCM Global, a world leader in transaction and payment solutions for the gaming industry.
The property hosts 231 historical racing machines (HRMs), each equipped with JCM’s iVIZION bill validator, GEN5 thermal printer, and ICB (Intelligent Cash Box) system—three of the most advanced solutions in the company’s portfolio.
This installation further strengthens the long-standing partnership between JCM Global and Churchill Downs, whose properties across the United States already rely on JCM’s validators, printers, and DSS systems.

Among the installed technologies, iVIZION stands out as one of the most advanced bill validators on the market thanks to its superior processing capabilities. Meanwhile, GEN5 features a high-speed CPU, dual-channel communication, and intelligent ticketing and promotional functions. The ICB system enhances cash handling processes by reducing human error, improving accuracy, and strengthening regulatory compliance.
