(Las Vegas).- When the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) in May 2018, it left many gaming regulators, operators, and suppliers wondering how to navigate the dynamic, transactional, sophisticated, and sometimes confusing landscape of sports wagering.
Part Two of Gaming Laboratories International’s (GLI®) Sports Betting White Paper builds upon what was covered in Part One by offering a solutions-based approach to solving many of the key issues facing regulators, operators, and suppliers in the post-PASPA era; including how sports betting should be regulated and distributed, the challenges of mobile sports wagering, and the brave new world of sports wagering and artificial intelligence.
