International operator SKS365 partners with Wiraya to focus on player experience for leading Italian brand planetwin365.

(Stockholm).- SKS365, the leading sports betting operator, has announced the roll out of Wiraya's software for automated customer interactions for their core brand planetwin365, with an initial focus in the Italian market. This approach delivers enhanced customer experience to generate increased conversion rates.
"We have always tried to have a player-centric culture, and we wanted to make all our customer communication points as personal as possible, which means that it goes beyond the traditional, non-targeted mass marketing messages that so many operators use for attack players."
