Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Sul Partners with Sportradar to Strengthen Sports Integrity

(St. Gallen).- A new Memorandum of Understanding enables data sharing and collaboration between MPRS and Sportradar to enhance transparency, detect illicit practices, and protect the integrity of sports in Rio Grande do Sul.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio Grande do Sul (MPRS) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sportradar, the global leader in sports technology and a benchmark in sports integrity services.
Through this cooperation, both organizations will exchange data and intelligence to reinforce efforts to protect sports integrity across the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
Dr. André Luis Dal Molin Flores, Public Prosecutor and Coordinator of the Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime (GAECO) and the Intelligence Unit (NIMP), emphasized the significance of the new partnership: “This Memorandum strengthens our efforts to safeguard sports integrity. It represents an important step toward ensuring transparency and security. With the exchange of qualified information, we will have greater agility and accuracy in identifying and curbing illicit practices.”
Felippe Marchetti, Director of Integrity Partnerships at Sportradar in Latin America, highlighted the company’s commitment to advancing integrity initiatives in Brazil: “We are strengthening our presence in Brazil through the expansion of our Integrity Services. The agreement with the MPRS is essential for advancing our efforts to address threats related to betting corruption and our ongoing pursuit of a more transparent sports environment.”
