Sportradar consolidates its growth with record revenue and a solid operating margin in the second quarter

(St. Gallen).- The company achieved record revenues of €318 million during the second quarter of 2025, a 14% year-over-year increase, driven by its strategic position at the intersection of sports, media, and betting.
Sportradar maintained its operational and financial momentum during the second quarter of 2025, supported by a strategy focused on operational efficiency, technological innovation, and the diversification of its product portfolio. Thanks to its global presence and high demand for content, the company recorded 14% year-over-year revenue growth, reaching a record €318 million.
Furthermore, the company achieved 31% growth in adjusted EBITDA, reaching €64 million, along with an operating margin expansion of more than 250 basis points and free cash flow of €52 million. These results reflect disciplined management of its cost structure and strategic execution that has generated value for both its partners and shareholders.
During the quarter, Sportradar also repurchased $66 million in shares as part of a secondary transaction, demonstrating its commitment to long-term profitability. With a strong balance sheet, the company is positioned to continue exploring organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
Looking ahead, Sportradar plans to continue aligning with its customers' evolving needs, maintaining a focus on efficiency and innovation.
