(St Gallen).- The license, issued by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), allows Sportradar to immediately provide its data and services to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates.
Sportradar, a leading global sports data and technology provider, announced that it has been granted a gaming-related license by the United Arab Emirates’ General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).
The GCGRA is an independent entity with exclusive authority to regulate, license, and oversee all commercial gaming activities within the UAE. With this approval, Sportradar can now offer its products and services to licensed gaming operators across the country.
According to the company, the license represents an important milestone in its global expansion, enabling Sportradar to bring over 20 years of expertise and proprietary sports technology to operators and clients in the region.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the GCGRA serves as the UAE’s federal executive agency responsible for regulating and supervising all commercial gaming operations, holding exclusive jurisdiction over the sector nationwide.
