22nd G2E edition: excellent opportunity for Zitro to reveal new products to its customers

(Las Vegas, Exclusive SoloAzar)-Sebastián Salat, International President at Zitro, gave us an interview to review the company's presence at the G2E fair on October 10th in Las Vegas. For President Salat, this edition exceeded the company's expectations in terms of being able to be present in person with their peers and customers, and also to show all their new products and the work they have been doing. The G2E expo was the perfect opportunity to consolidate the company as a reference in the industry.

What were your expectations about the G2E Las Vegas Event?


We came to G2E tremendously excited to meet our customers and friends again, and eager to show them the results of the hard work we have done at Zitro over the last few years. And we more than fulfilled our wishes. I have never seen a G2E so crowded, and rarely in my long professional career have I seen a booth as packed as ours. We were visited by many operators from all over the world, and all the people who visited us agreed in defining our new product range as absolutely dazzling and congratulated us for the incredible transformation we have made in Zitro, in record time, to become a reference company in the Gaming Industry.


What was your business or promotion strategy  at G2E?


Our strategy is designed to respond to what operators need: commercial flexibility, continuous support, and, as for the product, spectacular and unbeatable presentation, a wide library of games for each cabinet and a great diversity of bonus mechanics. All this in order to be able to adapt to the players' tastes and protect the investment operators make in our brand.


What do you think the feedback for your new products exposed at G2E was like?


The operators who visited us were surprised not only by the quality of the GLARE games and cabinets we presented, but also by the breadth and depth of our product range. In the Altius GLARE cabinet, the spectacular Wheel of Legends, Fu Shou and Seven Chests games, with a quality of images and sounds unmatched in the industry, attracted a lot of attention. In the Illusion GLARE cabinet, customers appreciated the impressive presentation, and the simple, innovative and attractive bonus mechanics of Colossus Fire. And they highlighted the same qualities of the Mighty Hammer and Light Temple games, presented in the Allure GLARE cabinet. Finally, the Mega King, Magic Roots and Back to the Wild games were also presented as novel options for the Fusion GLARE cabinet.


How do you see the growth of online gaming?


Online gaming is a tremendous opportunity, and, therefore, in recent years we have dedicated more resources to Zitro Digital to accelerate growth in that market. Zitro is one of the most relevant gaming providers in the face-to-face casino market in Latin America, and operators need our games for the digital channel, in order to be able to offer the same excellent experiences to the customers of that channel that are already being offered to the face-to-face customer. We have understood this need and, through Zitro Digital, we have accepted the challenge of responding to it.


How do you use this space to learn about your customers' needs?


G2E is a meeting place, a great opportunity to get to know the concerns of our customers. Each of them has its own specific needs, as well as regional and global challenges. We could not design an effective strategy without knowing these concerns and needs, and I am convinced that Zitro's success lies largely in the way we listen to, support, and accompany customers. And we listen, support, and accompany customers because Zitro has an owner, and a solid, expert, and consolidated management team, who are both convinced of the importance of the personal relationship as the basis of business relationships. This personal and solid relationship distinguishes Zitro from other suppliers that, due to their nature or size, have not been able to offer the continuity in leadership that we do.
