Fast Track debuts at Peru Gaming Show 2024 with innovative iGaming solutions

In a recent interview, Fast Track CMO Luis Sangiovanni shared details about the firm's performance at the Peru Gaming Show 2024.

Sangiovanni highlighted the launch of Fast Track's Singularity Model, a solution that uses artificial intelligence to deliver personalised, real-time experiences.

" At the Peru Gaming Show 2024, we introduced Fast Track’s Singularity Model, designed for AI-driven, personalised, real-time player experiences”, said Sangiovanni. This technology promises to revolutionise the way operators interact with their players, providing an unprecedented level of personalisation.

In addition, Sangiovanni spoke about Fast Track's Data Studio, a tool that provides actionable information and comprehensive player profiles. “Our Data Studio allows operators to better understand their players, providing detailed data that can be used to improve the user experience and increase engagement," he explained.

Another highlight was Fast Track's enhanced automation capabilities, designed to streamline CRM processes. "We have enhanced our automation capabilities to enable operators to deliver highly targeted player engagement at scale. This not only improves operational efficiency, but also ensures that players receive relevant offers and communications at the right time," said the chief marketing officer.

Sangiovanni expressed his delight at the overwhelmingly positive response from visitors and attendees at the show: "Attendees were impressed by the practical applications of our AI and real-time data solutions, particularly the Singularity Model's ability to create personalised gaming experiences at scale. Many expressed strong interest in adopting these innovative tools”, he said.

Regarding the importance of the Peruvian market for Fast Track, Sangiovanni stressed that it is strategically important due to its rapid growth in the Latin American iGaming sector. "The Peruvian market is strategically important for Fast Track due to its rapid growth in the Latin American iGaming sector. The recent regulatory advancements have made Peru a key market, and we are committed to supporting operators in navigating this new landscape and enhancing their competitive edge”, he explained.

Continuing the topic of recent regulation in Peru and its impact on the online sector, he said the new regulations will transform the local online gaming sector by providing a clearer operating environment and strict compliance requirements, explaining the following: "Challenges include adapting to new regulatory standards and investing in compliance infrastructure. However, this presents an opportunity for Fast Track to help operators meet these standards with our advanced CRM and automation tools designed to ensure compliance while improving operational efficiency.”

To conclude, Sangiovani gave his views on the growth of iGaming within the LATAM market. "The iGaming industry in Latin America is set for significant growth, driven by increasing accessibility, a youthful population, and progressive regulations," he said.

"Countries like Brazil, Colombia, and Peru are leading with comprehensive frameworks that attract investment and innovation. Fast Track is excited to contribute to this growth, helping operators scale efficiently and deliver personalised experiences”, he concluded.
