G2E 2026 Wraps Up: Innovation, Networking, and Final Deals in Las Vegas

Today, Thursday, October 1, 2026, marks the final day of the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) at The Venetian Expo, Las Vegas. Following days of intensive networking and product launches, the organization and leading brands—such as JCM Global, Konami Gaming, and NRT Technology—are dedicating this final stretch to consolidating sales pipelines, maximizing return on investment, and finalizing the strategic alliances forged throughout the week.

Essential Closing Day Itinerary

The organization has laid out a comprehensive roadmap for the event's conclusion, ensuring attendees maximize their final hours on the show floor:

  • Exhibition Floor Closure: Live demonstrations from more than 400 exhibitors are coming to an end. This represents the final window to secure business deals in critical areas like iGaming, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and sports betting.
  • G2E Dealer Championship: The dealer competition activities continue in The Strip, Hall D, starting at 10:00 AM.
  • Educational Program Wrap-Up: The final sessions of this year’s expansive educational track are taking place. The 2026 program featured over 100 sessions with 330 industry experts debating the future of legal and regulated gaming.
  • G2E Networking Lounge & Media Zone: These dedicated spaces remain active on the exhibition floor, facilitating final press interactions, interviews, and the consolidation of strategic contacts among the 25,000+ professionals from 120 countries in attendance.

Spotlight on Floor Innovations: IGT, GLI, and EGT

The momentum on the exhibition floor remains strong, with major suppliers continuing to showcase their latest advancements and host key industry discussions.

IGT is drawing crowds by debuting its highly anticipated Queen-themed video slots on the brand-new Summit75 cabinet. Their booth is also highlighting new player experiences like Tiger and Dragon™ Power Sphere and Fire Blast™, demonstrating their ongoing investment in the talent and tools necessary to create standout content.

Over at Booth #4419, the GLI global team is hosting another full day of live demonstrations for GLIAccess, GLI Secure, and Kobetron LLC. The company is also celebrating its leadership contributions to the event's educational track; Sangeeta Reddy, GLI’s Vice President of Innovation, recently shared her perspectives on the "Coffee & Conversations: The Readiness Gap" panel, discussing how to prepare for technology's ongoing disruption of the gaming industry.

Meanwhile, at Booth 3352, EGT continues to capitalize on the excitement of the event, showcasing its latest iGaming products and innovations and engaging with operators on strategies for business growth.

Expanding Markets and Industry Leadership

Conversations at G2E 2026 extend far beyond casino floors, addressing global market expansion, industry responsibility, and future events.

Guillermo Bejarano of BetConstruct reported incredible momentum and non-stop productive conversations regarding the future of the industry. BetConstruct is actively showcasing products and innovations specifically built to drive real growth across LATAM and global markets, noting outstanding feedback from attendees.

On the regulatory and responsible gaming front, the American Gaming Association (AGA) made a significant impact on the G2E stage. Dr. Carly Johnson, DrPH, MPH, joined experts Dr. David Bergman (University of Connecticut), Dr. Brandon Mastromartino (San Diego State University), and Alex De Marco (MoneyStack) for a critical panel discussion analyzing the risks associated with framing gambling as an investment.

Finally, the event is serving as a launchpad for future international gatherings. Directors Joe López and Rubén Solórzano of the Peru Gaming Show (PGS) are actively networking with industry leaders and key players in Las Vegas, setting the stage for PGS 2027, which is scheduled for June 16 and 17.
