G2E Las Vegas: Goals Accomplished for Win Systems Worldwide Company

(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive) - During the G2E Las Vegas Expo, Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, gave an exclusive interview to SoloAzar, where he remarked the fundamental role of face-to-face contact at the event in order to show some of the company's latest innovations to its current and future clients; and highlighted the launch of its innovative products such as the Winup Wallet app, the new Lucy & Pierre jackpot, and the brand new Lumina 25th Anniversary electronic roulette.

G2E Las Vegas: Goals Accomplished for Win Systems Worldwide Company

Last October 10, and for three days, the G2E Event took place in Las Vegas, and Win Systems, a worldwide supplier and leader in technology for the gaming industry, was present. According to Eric Benchimol, CEO of the company, this edition met their expectations and exceeded the positive response of their current and future customers: "we were really looking forward to G2E, on the one hand, to meet again with our customers and show them the latest news; and on the other hand, to have the possibility of generating new relationships and projects with new operators and new markets".


He also highlighted the hard work that the entire Win System team has been doing to develop the latest technology within the gaming industry and to be able to offer adequate solutions according to the markets and their needs. 


When the topic of the preparation for the Qatar 2022 World Cup came up, Eric made his position clear: "As a multinational company with more than 450 employees of more than 25 nationalities spread across 7 offices in America and Europe, we will let everyone support their national team... and let the best team win! (Will it be Spain? Or better Argentina?!).


What was your sales or promotion strategy here?


 At Win Systems we have a clear vocation as a global provider for casino operators and for the industry in general, which is why we present novelties both for our Systems Division (with WIGOS at the head) and also for our Gaming Division (roulette electronic Gold Club and slot machines and games).


The strategy for WIGOS focuses on showing how our casino management system competes at the highest level in the most developed markets, thanks to our reliability and constant investment in new developments and applications. It is precisely these innovations that we show to our current clients, so that they can continue to optimize their operational management while having increasingly powerful tools to enhance the player experience in their casinos. All this has led WIGOS to become the #1 CMS in cashless operations worldwide and to currently connect more than 100,000 machines.


As for the Gaming Division, thanks to our strong presence in many countries around the world, we can offer products adapted to each market and each need. For example, at G2E we are showing new products, but also some that have had a great impact in some markets and that we know can also work in others; this is the case of the Lumina 25th Anniversary roulette, for example.


What do you think was the feedback from consumers regarding all the new products presented?


We have obtained an excellent response in all our launches. As for WIGOS, he highlighted our new WINUP Wallet app for players, which in addition to the functionalities such as a wallet that can be used both inside and outside the casino, also includes access in the same app to different casino services such as Players Club, etc. We also present the new generation of InTouch displays with a powerful sound system, HD graphics and integrated NFC reader. Finally, the new Lucy & Pierre jackpot managed to captivate with its characters and its theme, it is a totally different product from the jackpots we had until now with WIGOS.


In addition, visitors were able to learn more about the extensive library of slot games from our Gaming division, with some titles that aroused special interest, such as Goddess Link. As we mentioned before, the attendees were also able to appreciate our Lumina 25th Anniversary electronic roulette and that undoubtedly made everyone fall in love with the elegance of its exclusive design, and its totally renewed software and cloth design.


How do you use this space to find out the needs of your customers?


These meetings play a fundamental role for us, face-to-face contact allows us to strengthen ties with customers, make ourselves known to new visitors, and at the same time teach our developments in a personalized way. As every year, we allocate a large space inside the stand, so that our team of more than 40 professionals can carry out scheduled meetings with clients and make the appropriate demonstrations. This makes it easier for us to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, concerns and give rise to new projects both in countries where we already have a strong foothold and in new markets.


After G2E, how are you positioned in the American market?


We have always said that America is our natural market, this is where Win Systems grew, and we are deeply rooted in this continent. After the event, we were able to confirm that we are able to strengthen our positioning in markets where we already have a strong presence, such as Mexico, Colombia and Peru.


As for the United States, which is another strategic country for Win Systems, we are obtaining very positive results as a result of a growing knowledge of the company and our WIGOS system, which leads us to carry out more and more and larger projects. In fact, we are also tackling important projects in Gaming, for example, we recently installed our first electronic roulette in Florida, in the Hialeah Park casino.


Finally, we have been working on very important projects for Win Systems in some markets where perhaps we had little presence to date, but which also know the power and reliability of our solutions. In some of these markets we will soon be delivering some incredible news that we are very excited about.
