(Cartagena, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Adam Roebuck, Director of Studies, Gaming Operations Academy, talked to SoloAzar about the participation of the firm at recent GAT edition. The company is currently launching a dedicated LATAM education service for South America, and Roebuck said that the Colombian market has huge potential to lead the way in LATAM when it comes to gaming.

Gaming Operations Academy participated at recent GAT Edition

What were your expectations when coming to this GAT edition?
It was my first time in South America since COVID so I wanted to reconnect on a personal level with friends customers and partners within their own territory.

Can you comment on the main goals of the firm for this expo?
The Gaming Operations Academy is currently launching a dedicated LATAM education service for South America - so we are looking for new course topics, trainers and also thought leaders to join us on this journey.

What potential do you see in the Colombia market? And in the region?
The Colombian market has huge potential to lead the way in LATAM when it comes to gaming, land based, Sportsbook and Igaming - its a great entry point within the South American market - very easy to do business there for international companies outside of the region.

What do you think about the new place where the latest edition was held?
I fell in love with Colombia this time! - Cartagena is relatively easy to get to - it's safe and offers a great location to mix business and pleasure. The hotel being located next to the convention centre made it super easy to meet clients and network.
