Master Affiliates Network is the first network in the iGaming industry built on a collaborative economy model, designed to transform how operators, affiliates, and account managers (Master Affiliates) work together.

Instead of the traditional trial-and-error approach common in affiliate networks, our platform connects operators only with verified, top-performing affiliates—already tested and recommended by experienced account managers. This eliminates low-quality traffic, fraud, and budget waste while ensuring all parties benefit from profitable long-term collaborations.

 

 

Karina Ferraioli, the person behind Master Affiliates Network

The founder, Karina Ferraioli, holds a degree in Business Communication and has worked in marketing since 2012. Her main skills include corporate communication, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy). Here she answers some questions in an exclusive interview with SoloAzar:

How did the idea of creating Master Affiliates Network come about?

The idea came after several years working in online casino marketing, where I noticed a clear lack of innovation and collaboration in the affiliate marketing sector. There was a lot of room to improve and modernize how operators, affiliates, and managers interact.

What need or problem in the industry motivated you to develop this proposal?

We saw a sector where competition outweighed collaboration. Three sides with different problems: operators looking for quality traffic, affiliates who don’t always receive fair compensation, and affiliate managers who, in many cases, are completely overlooked. We found an opportunity to bring them all together under one network by applying the “excess capacity” business model—just like Uber did—turning existing resources into new income opportunities.

What challenges did you face at the beginning, and how did you overcome them?

We’re still in an early stage. The platform opened registrations just two weeks ago, and one major challenge is that we’re currently only two people: the CMO and CTO. That means long days ensuring every detail is right. Another key challenge is building a name within the industry and earning clients’ trust. Our model is disruptive, and it requires market education—explaining how it works, what benefits it offers, and why it represents an evolution in affiliate marketing.

How would you define Master Affiliates Network in a few words, and what makes it different from other affiliate networks in iGaming?

We’re the Uber of affiliate marketing in iGaming. We’re introducing the collaborative economy to this sector for the first time, creating a model where everyone benefits. We use the excess capacity concept to recruit Master Affiliates—affiliate managers currently working for operators who have valuable networks of contacts. On our platform, they can generate extra income completely confidentially.

How has the project evolved since its launch?

What started as an idea in 2023—while I was working as an affiliate manager at a company in Malta—has now become a reality. We’re in beta, conducting onboarding processes for each role (Operators, Affiliates, and Master Affiliates), and building a strong foundation for scaling.

How was the process of applying and being selected among the six finalists of the Pitching Competition?

We launched our website in September, knowing that one of our biggest challenges would be visibility. I decided to apply to the SiGMA Europe competition to showcase the project, even though I knew the competition would be fierce. A week ago, we received the news that we were selected among the six finalists, and it was a great joy and source of pride.

What feedback or lessons have you taken from this experience?

That hard work always pays off. I’m a perfectionist, and at first, I wanted everything to be perfect before applying—but I learned you have to take risks and trust the process. Even though we’re just two people and the website had only been online for a few weeks, we applied anyway. The jury specifically highlighted that: the project’s innovation and originality.

What are the next steps or short- and medium-term goals for Master Affiliates Network? What markets or segments do you plan to target next?

Our immediate goal is to raise more awareness of the project, attract investors, and create strategic partnerships to accelerate growth. We want to expand our team because there’s a lot to be done. In the medium term, we aim for global expansion—we can recruit Master Affiliates anywhere in the world and therefore provide international traffic to operators.

As a founder, what inspires or motivates you to keep pushing the project forward every day? What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs who want to enter the iGaming world?

What inspires me most is the positive feedback we receive in every meeting. People genuinely get excited about the model—they ask questions and want to know more. That motivates me to keep going because I feel we’re providing real value: innovation, collaboration, and a new way of doing things.

My advice for other entrepreneurs is to think outside the box. Identify a real need, validate it, and offer something different. This is a competitive and often saturated industry, so standing out is key. As the saying goes: if you want different results, don’t always do the same thing. Authenticity and innovation are what make us unique.
