2 minutos de lectura
(Madrid, SoloAzar Exclusive).- During last week's AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026, SoloAzar spoke with Sara Hägge, CEO at Nordic.Partners, about the company’s participation in the event, the evolution of affiliate marketing within the global iGaming industry, and the strategic role of technology, branding, and community-building in today’s increasingly competitive market. In this interview, Hägge shares her views on affiliate needs, operational efficiency, AI integration, and the future opportunities shaping the affiliate ecosystem.
AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026: Networking, Partnerships and Industry Insights
What is Nordic.Partners’ overall assessment after participating in AffPapa Conference Madrid 2026, and what opportunities emerged from networking with affiliates, operators, and suppliers?
We really enjoyed the event from start to finish. Everything was very well organized, and the atmosphere made it easy to have meaningful conversations. One of the biggest strengths of AffPapa is that they keep the conference at a size where you can genuinely connect with the right people instead of just rushing between meetings.
We had great discussions with affiliates, operators, and suppliers, and it created several exciting opportunities for future collaborations and partnerships.
Affiliate Demands and Market Evolution
Nordic.Partners positions itself as a comprehensive solution for streamers, SEO sites, and PPC specialists. What are the main demands you currently see among these affiliate profiles?
Across all affiliate profiles, we see a strong demand for reliable brands that convert well and retain players over time. Affiliates also expect trusted payment solutions, transparent reporting, and access to updated statistics so they can optimize performance efficiently.
On top of that, the experience and expertise we've built within our team allow us to support affiliates in a much more strategic way. But for us, it's not just about providing tools or data — we focus on building long-term partnerships where both sides can grow together and create sustainable success.
One of the company’s key differentiators is the centralization of agreements and tools within a single platform. How does this model optimize affiliates’ daily operations and performance?
The iGaming industry is incredibly data-driven, and affiliates rely heavily on accurate and accessible statistics. When working with multiple brands, it can become very time-consuming to log into different systems just to collect the information needed for daily operations.
Our operations are powered in part by AffCollect, the affiliate operations platform developed and used internally by Nordic.Partners. It brings everything together in one place, with a single login that gives affiliates access to all the key stats they need to succeed.
We also simplify the financial side through our finance page in the platform, where invoicing and payments are centralized, making the entire process much smoother and more efficient.
Ultimately, this gives publishers more freedom to focus on what they do best — building their product, growing their audience, and scaling their business. Especially with the recent shifts we've seen in the SEO landscape, building strong brands and communities has become more important than ever.
Regulation, AI and the Future of Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing continues to evolve alongside new regulations and changes in digital consumption habits. How is Nordic.Partners adapting to this increasingly dynamic environment?
We work proactively to stay ahead of market changes and industry developments. Regulations, platform updates, and changing consumer behavior are all factors that can impact affiliates very quickly, so adaptability is key.
One approach we value highly is scenario analysis and strategic planning, which helps us prepare for different market directions and respond efficiently when changes happen. At the same time, we stay very close to our partners so we can understand their challenges and help them navigate the landscape together with us.
Looking ahead, what are Nordic.Partners’ main strategic priorities and the key innovations you expect to shape the affiliate ecosystem in the coming years?
One of our biggest strategic priorities is continuing to strengthen branding — both for Nordic.Partners and for the SEO and content partners we work closely with. We see strong communities and authentic audiences becoming increasingly valuable, especially within streaming, where engagement and trust are incredibly important.
Our streamer affiliates who have built genuine communities are performing very well, and we're excited to continue expanding that model into new markets.
AI will also play an important role in the future of affiliate marketing. It's clearly here to stay, and we believe the key is using it intelligently — leveraging it where it adds efficiency and value, while still maintaining the human relationships and trust that strong partnerships are built on.
Technology can improve workflows and insights, but long-term success in this industry will always come down to people, collaboration, and credibility.
Looking ahead, we also see significant opportunities in data-driven personalization, stronger cross-market collaborations, and helping affiliates diversify traffic sources in an increasingly competitive environment.
