(Curaçao, SoloAzar Exclusive) - Wilfred Adelsdorfer, CEO of Latamwin, a leading company in the provision of services and technological solutions for companies and online gaming platforms for the Latin American market, granted an exclusive interview to SoloAzar to answer some questions about the firm's performance during 2022 and the plans for the current year.
How has been this year like for the company?
2022 was an excellent year for Latamwin, as we have been establishing ourselves as the leading company in Latin America in the provision of services and technological solutions for companies and online gaming platforms in regulated markets, as well as sports betting, which was in our plans from the beginning, more than 10 years ago.
What is your assessment of 2022?
We launched our sports betting site Latamwin.com with great success, we closed alliances with important suppliers worldwide and other emerging ones that have been a great contribution to our platforms.
What projects have you carried out?
One of the most important projects was the launch of the Latamwin.com sports betting site, which has been very well received by users, especially during the Qatar 2022 World Cup, where we received a large number of registrations.
Have you participated in events?
This year we participated in many events, perhaps one of the most important being SAGSE Buenos Aires, where we received the award for "best platform", which was given by our own colleagues, which is a double merit for us.
We were also recently at SBC Summit Latin America where we were on the shortlist for "Best Platform Provider of the Year", which makes us very proud.
How have you seen the market and how has it influenced the company?
The market has always been very competitive, so we are very happy to be part of the big leagues. Indeed, after the pandemic there was a huge increase in participation in the online world, which found us fully prepared.
What are your expectations for 2023?
By 2023 we would like to continue expanding in Latin America, we have our sights set on the Mexican market, which is very large, and we are keeping an eye on what is happening in terms of regulatory issues in Chile and Brazil.
Participation in events?
We will try to be present at the main events because we like to participate, meet with friends in the industry and learn about the challenges in order to be better prepared.
Short and medium term plans?
In the short term we continue with our intentions to expand in Latin America. For that reason, we will soon have news about new markets in which we will be operating.
