(Buenos Aires).- Juan Pablo Farcuh, Commercial Manager of Mercado Gaming and official reseller of JCM Global, promotes a regional strategy focused on accompanying international manufacturers and strengthening the operation in gaming halls.
In a context of constant evolution in the gaming industry, the company Mercado Gaming continues to consolidate its work strategy in Latin America, focused on proximity to international slot manufacturers and active monitoring of the development of the regional market.
Juan Pablo Farcuh, Commercial Manager of Mercado Gaming and official reseller of JCM Global, leads this initiative that seeks to align the specific needs of Latin America with global technological standards. In this framework, the company has been working directly with international manufacturers, strengthening the link and providing a key local perspective for decision-making.
During these weeks, the team visited EGT, Novomatic, Merkur and Interblok, industry benchmarks, with the aim of deepening this joint work and continuing to promote best practices in the configuration of equipment destined for the region. On the agenda is to continue visiting European and American manufacturers.
One of the main points that manufacturers are beginning to recognize more clearly is the importance of having local representation and specialized technical support on critical components such as banknote validators. This element is not only central to daily operation, but also constitutes the core of the profitability of the business, since it is the point of entry of money into each machine.
In this sense, the correct selection and integration of the validator has a direct impact on performance, reliability and operational continuity in the room. Added to this is the relevance of having support in complementary technologies, such as GEN5 printers, which are an essential part of the gaming ecosystem and user experience.
Currently, many computers are integrated at the source with high-level solutions, but in some cases configurations destined for Latin America do not maintain those standards. Faced with this scenario, Mercado Gaming – together with JCM Global – is actively working for manufacturers to support the integration of top-level technology also in the units that arrive in the region.
In this context, validator configuration is no longer an afterthought and becomes a critical operational decision. The product that Mercado Gaming recommends, and which is already demonstrating excellent results in customers who have incorporated it, is JCM's UBA Pro, a high-performance validator that also guarantees support from the manufacturer for more than 10 years, consolidating itself as a reliable and sustainable solution in the long term.
Likewise, the company highlights that it is a dynamic market, where experience and local knowledge are decisive. For this reason, the work is not limited to the provision of equipment, but is positioned from a consultative approach, accompanying both manufacturers and operators in the integration of complete solutions, supported by a technical and commercial team with extensive experience in the industry.
As part of this work agenda, Mercado Gaming thanks Jaime Achire Soto and José Salinas from EGT, Alberto Baldo and Kristoffer Graus from Novomatic, Ezequiel Vidable and Luciano fiorenza, from Merkur Argentina, and Fernando Puglia, from Interblock Gaming, for the reception and professional exchange in their new offices.
This approach reinforces the company's commitment to the development of the Latin American market, promoting international standards with local support and a long-term vision.
