It manages the permitted limits of capacity and sends notification to the personnel responsible for its control if there is a risk of exceeding it, also informing the visitor whether to wait.

In case of fulfilling all the requirements, it includes an automatic hydroalcoholic gel dispenser, which helps to improve hygiene prior to accessing the premises, making its use obligatory for visitors before allowing their passage.

Its high resolution and 22” screen work as a multimedia point of information for the visitor, incorporating relevant information from the premises or services that they want to incorporate, such as announcing events, promotional videos, managing access shifts, etc.

The totem, through its built-in speakers, gives orders as progress is made on how to proceed and as an accessibility feature, have video guides with sign language to facilitate understanding for people with hearing problems.

It includes a QR code reader and official identification documents, for the validation of visitors, tickets or invitations for events.

The totem has a very extensive portfolio of extras, such as the possibility of including Wi-Fi connectivity of this with the local network and thus avoid having to throw an ethernet cable to the entrance or non-accessible places where it is located, its own hotspot with portal captive, a ticket printer, for example the issuance of a free user for connection to the Wi-Fi network, etc.

The device can be managed from an APP from your mobile or smartwatch and check any statistics from the analysis dashboard, where you can check if it complies with the new regulation applicable to your business, the history of your data and any details that are can claim.

All functions can be activated or deactivated depending on the legislation in force in each country, and what is allowed or not.

It complies with all safety regulations. The data is stored by default on the device, but for distributed multi-site installations, or simply for ease of use, a private cloud server can be activated where all the data is stored and in a unified way for making inquiries and accessing the data in a secure and confidential way.

Finally, the team can be fully personalized with your corporate image, logo and vinyl’s. It is fully configurable and includes the option of being able to integrate with any internal third-party application that facilitates the automation of tasks related to access control.
