Big Bola Casino launches its new Affiliate Program
⏱ 5 min read
(Mexico).- Ana Farías, Affiliate Manager de Big Bola, talked about her role at the Mexican betting site BigBolaCasino.mx, as well as ablut the launch of its new affiliate program. She also commented about the profile of the players and the markets in which it operates, among other issues.
For two years and a half, Ana Farías has been the Marketing and Communication Manager of Patagonia Entertainment, provider of content and technology. At the end of 2018, she started working at BigBolaCasino.mx as its Affiliate Manager, and is now in charge of the BigBola Affiliate Program.
How has this transition been and what professional challenges it presents for you?
Transition has been marvellous, not only because I learnt a lot about gambling content working at Patagonia, but also because BigBola is a brand with a great experience in the Mexican market, and has a lot to offer via its online platform. One of the great challenges for me is to understand the Mexican market, because my expertise was in Brazil so far.
What makes this transition so great is to continue working with the support of our partners, such as Play´nGo, Endorphina and Zitro, in order to conquer the market with our new affiliate program. There are a lot of challenges and we are willing to keep learning.
Among them, I would remark the fact of keeping on working to make BigBolaCasino.mx a well-known online entertainment program, which bets to offer a top-level service to the users. Besides, the release of the affiliate program and the internal acquisition, it means, the invitation to those who play at the 20 traditional casinos to discover the adventure of gambling online.
How developed is the affiliate marketing on the Latin American gaming industry? Are there any proven and established success stories?
There are so many affiliate types as people in the world; each has its own way to promote a brand. Directly and explicitly when you have a compatible audience with the one that plays in online casinos, and it is given through the most varied means. You can meet affiliates without online exposure, who refer players through promotional codes. We also meet others who use tools such as blogs and social networks to promote our brand, another who buys traffic or who sends emails over and over again to the same list for different operators.
What emerges as a novelty for the industry, today are the "youtubers" who work as influencers recording their screens and showing from the perspective of the player the advantages of playing online. It is inevitable that the latter, the "youtubers" will be surprised to discover "our benefit", earn a commission not only with the sale of a product, but each time your referral accesses our entertainment platform. Many become gambling affiliates without having been their initial niche and contribute a lot to the dynamic content with their tutorials and sports betting tips for example.
I believe that Latinos have known how to work as affiliates for other markets in other areas and without doubt the most professional land with an advantage in gambling affiliate programs. There are success stories, among them PartnersOnly.com where according to statistics, the volumes of acquisition of players by affiliates reached outstanding points.
People are the most important, links are everything in this industry. Having our affiliates as a priority is, in my opinion, a fundamental pillar. In my management in afiliados.bigbolacasino.mx, our affiliates become our friends.
It is essential to have the best technology, we have the security of having Netrefer, a leading platform, recognized globally.
What are the most common errors when developing an affiliate program?
Among the most common mistakes are: setting goals for affiliates that do not have to do with the market situation in which they work. Not having payment methods, or localized game content, but in my opinion one that is always on the table is communication, within Latin America we have many Spanish variables and it is not enough to translate your site into Spanish " neutral ”because each market is a world apart. The Mexican in this sense, has a level of creativity, a particular humor and must be understood to work properly and effectively reach people.
An efficient affiliate program is is one that sustains profitable links and constant proactivity to detect as a talent scout, new opportunities. What are the advantages of your proposal? What goals have you set for the first year?
BigBola Afiliados started in Mexico with a different proposal, together with BigBolaCasino.mx, a brand focused on providing the best user experience accessible from any mobile device and in rooms across the country.
As an affiliate program we propose to be the main source of acquisition of the online platform in its first year, generating a solid affiliate base. We offer commission in the first months up to 60% of RS, we work with no negative carry over and life-time of 1 year. There are great financial rewards to explore.
It means that there is no limit to commission at BigBola Affiliates, so if you are looking for unlimited profits as an affiliate you are more than welcome. Markets such as Mexico already have a certain matirity level in land-based gambling, regarding the traditional gambling halls, promise a lot in terms of profitability and have been the approach of important brands that support my statements.
How can affiliates boost BigBola business?
Affiliates can boost our business enhancing our scope, reaching places where the brand did not even expect to be, working on traditional media or exploring new ones.
A good affiliate will always be the one who constantly worries about delivering quality traffic to our counter and we from BigBola Affiliates will be continuously supporting you and providing you not only with the support and the best material, but the tips that we consider that you can apply for better results.
How has been the market feedback so far?
Ours is a success story that has just begun, since the launch we have received a good number of affiliates of various kinds, more than anything partners oriented to immediate conversion and with a very positive feedback on the product in general. I believe that none of this would be possible without strategic alliances and hard work, so we will continue along this path, building bridges, generating and seizing opportunities.
