(Thailand).- Bloomberry Resorts Corp. denied reports that assured it is planning to establish a casino operation in Thailand.

Bloomberry Resorts Corp., the resorts and casino operations of billionaire Enrique Razon Jr., on Tuesday denied reports it is planning to establish a casino operation in Thailand.
Bloomberry, which has a resort and casino operation in South Korea’s Jeju Island, called a mere “speculation” news report it is already planning to enter the Thai gaming market.
“There have been reports that Thailand is contemplating a gaming law but we have no idea what form it will be,” Bloomberry told the Philippine Stock Exchange after the bourse sought clarification on the news report.
“It is of market interest. But to say that: “BLOOM confirms that it has plans to expand in Thailand” is a part of the writer’s speculation. There is no such plan,” the company said.
On Saturday, Bloomberry opened its second Solaire resort-casino operations in the country in Quezon City.
