(Argentina).- The company ED ROBERTS offers its Player Tracking Module on its online systems. Both in EDYX (slots online) and TTG (online tables), player tracking is a complementary module to the management of each system.

ED ROBERTS presents its Player Tracking module on its online systems

Casinos need to know who plays frequently to a special game, the tastes and preferences of each player, why a player chooses always the same table, why is there more affinity with one dealer or another, which are their preferred games, their ages, the most visited schedules and in general, the routines of each player.

If one counts with all that information, it is easy to generate new and attractive proposals at the casino, to develop jackpots, tournaments which generate more winnings and to bring players new proposals and entertainment according to their needs.

All of this is possible with the Player Tracking Module offered by Ed Roberts on its online systems. Both in EDYX (slots online) and in TTG (online tables), player tracking is presented as a complementary module to the management of each system.

Just by passing the card on the reader or charging the name or Nick of every loyal player, the casino enters to an id display where you can find the player’s information, name, age, birth date, tastes and preferences that each casino may define (food, drinks, games of interest…). Besides, in each display you can enter the game and see the average bet that the player has on a special game.

“As always, we try to answer our customer demands, for years we have been working on this development on online management systems, player tracking has always been a priority to offer our customers. On top of knowing our customers, it enables us to identify those who present special characteristics and establish a responsible gaming,” Eduardo Roberts commented.
