Peruvian casinos to have a maximum capacity of 40% since June 21st

(Lima).- From this Monday, June 21 to July 11, businesses in Metropolitan Lima and Callao -together with other regions- will be able to apply new capacity, since the Government ordered that they go from “Very high” to “High” risk. Against COVID-19.
For example, for casinos, slots, cinemas, gyms and performing arts, a maximum capacity of 40% will apply.
Likewise, restaurants and the like will now be able to serve 50% of their capacity indoors, while outdoors they will continue without restrictions.
Shopping centers, galleries, conglomerates (Gamarra, Polvos Azules), department stores and general stores will stop operating at 30% to open at 40%.
As for the stores supplying basic products, supermarkets, markets, warehouses and pharmacies with capacity, a capacity limited to 60% will be executed.
The activities of clubs, sports associations in closed spaces, temples and places of worship, will operate at 40%.
It is worth mentioning that the curfew will go from 11:00 pm to 4:00 am, and on Sundays the movement of private vehicles is prohibited.
